La Bamba Cantina is again one of the longest running clubhouses in Angeles City. They belong to the remnants of the Mt. Pinatubo eruption and have gone through a lot of changes since the event. It was formerly known as the “Hobo Bar” and later on was converted into “La Bamba Cantina”. The concept of its name may have come from the famous giggly song of the Mexicans entitled “La Bamba” which literally means “to shake”. Consistency and moderation are few of the club’s characteristics that made them progress despite of the major revamps of the other clubs. One of the acmes of La Bamba is their well known cocktail, the Frozen Margaritas that are served in big pitchers. Hype and excitement begins once the performers are already on-stage. Their central stage is surrounded by scarlet red bars tools with a minimum proximity between guests and the dancers for a better view and for a better chance of having an easy conversation starter. One great thing about this bar is their funk and upbeat music that pushes you to sway and groove with the tunes, also, they have their bartenders that really serves you well because of their exceptional skills in mixing and blending your favorite cocktails and beverages. La Bamba Cantina is a sister bar of Rhapsody Bar and it is evident with the kind of aura the two bars have. Both bars have been through a lot but still, they are constantly improving.
